Deep Oscillation Therapy
Deep oscillation therapy is a non-invasive and non-heating treatment that can be administered from the first day of injury.
In contrast to externally applied mechanical forms of treatment such as vibration, the therapeutic effect of deep oscillation takes place in the tissue itself. It works through the entire depth of the tissue and has an anti-inflammatory and oedema-reducing effect - this encourages pain relief and causes muscle relaxation. It stimulates the healing process by the regeneration of cells.
The treatment is very gentle and can be used to treat fresh trauma, post-operative acute pain, open wounds, oedemas, lumps and bumps and so on. It can be used in conjunction with massage.
