All the staff at Flawborough Equine were fantastic with Diamond. After a freak accident while Diamond was turned out he overreached very badly. A trip to the vets for X-rays Diamond had not broken anything so I made the decision not to have any more tests on him. I believed that the lameness was due to very bad deep bruising in his heal and foot. I took him to Flawborough to use the Hydrotherapy Spa. After 6 treatments Diamond made a quick recovery and was back in work soon after. I believe the Hydrotherapy Spa assisted a lot in the recovery of the injury. I plan to use the Spa at Flawborough as a long term treatment for Diamond to look after his legs. I would also use the facilities at Flawborough again if any of my other horses got injured.

To All at Flawborough Equine,
Maybee was faced with a bleak future when her deep digital flexor had to be operated on. After four months box rest a second operation had to be carried out. After the second operation Maybee was still unsound. I was extremely stressed about the prospect of walking Maybee twice a day in hand, so we decided to book her into Flawborough Equine.
Maybee was made very welcome, she had the company of other horses 24hours a day and regular human contact. The Flawborough staff took everything out of my hands from supervising her twice daily exercise regime, to applying electro magnetic therapy equipment and placing her within the hydrotherapy spa.
Maybee soon settled into a peaceful way of life, she regained condition and muscle tone and thankfully a more laid back personality.
If I was ever worried, or did not understand and terminology the Flawborough staff researched her injury for me, drawing advice from professionals within the veterinary profession. Amazingly against the odds putting Maybee at Flawborough Equine paid off. After 10months hard graft Maybee was sound enough to be turned out at grass for over a year!! Today, I am able to use Maybee as a light hack. It just shows that a little patience, persistance and hard work pay off. If it was not for the help of Flawborough Equine I would not have my horse at home today. I cannot thank you enough

Dear Emma & Girls,
Samson has been back to the vets today for more scans of his leg (off fore digital flexor tendon). They were so impressed with the healing within such a short space of time and had to take more scans to be sure that they had not made a mistake!!!
The spa I feel has been an invaluable tool and I would not hesitate to use this fantastic facility again.
Samson has settled back into his walk and trot, 6 week routine, but I have to say he does not look quite as smart as when he was in your care. I just can't that you enough for what you did for him.
Many thanks Sam White

To Emma, Lesley and the team at Flawborough,

Thank you so much for all your help with the boys. It was such a fantastic feeling, knowing that they were being looked after and I have to say, that we completely trusted you guys - such a weight off our shoulders and meant that we were able to truly enjoy our holiday!

Thank you once again for all your time, patience and care. I'm not sure that either of them are particularly enjoying being back at home as they are now both working really hard (well, I'm going to school Dom for the first time tonight - he's been on hacking duty only last week!). I think they have both enjoyed the love, attention, grass, hay, haylage, care, solarium and baths that they received while in your care.

Anyway, as we and the boys loved you so much, we can't wait to book in with you again!

Thanks again and I will no doubt be in touch with you shortly.

Kind regards

Fiona & Jason Reynolds
